FISH ROAST/HOW TO MAKE FISH ROAST/KERALA FISH ROAST/FISH ROAST RECIPE/FISH MASALA

Today I am sharing a fish roast recipe, it is not an everyday fish curry.

Fish is a very good source of protein, and it is one of the best non-vegetarian food ones can have.

This fish roast fit for any special occasion, and if you like to fish you will surely love this recipe. I got this recipe from my mom.

This recipe is simple and elegant and very easy to make. I make this often when I feel that we need a change from our usual fish curry or fish fry. It goes well with plain rice, ghee rice, chappathi, and paratha.
